In the pool, trying to become aware of how it feels to be submerged.
Also realizing how strange it is that our brains homogize our appendiges as far as our sensory awareness to said appendiges. We don't feel any difference between (excepting in cases of pain) muscle, blood, bone, etc...
Furthermore, our sensory awareness of organs is similarly blurred. (Again, excepting in the case of pain or injury).
All this confuses one as to the definition of a body, a being, oneself, etc...
